3D Size Limits/Limites de taille 3D: 16″ wide/de largeur, 16″ deep/de profondeur, 36″ tall/de hauteur, and must weigh less than 100 lbs/et doit peser moins de 100 lb.

I release Arteast and the City of Ottawa from any responsibility for loss or damages to any of my artworks. I also agree that the City of Ottawa and Arteast has the right to use my work entered in the exhibition for promotional purposes without this infringing on any copyright. I have read and understood the Exhibition Rules, and agree to conform to those rules and those conditions outlined above.-----Je accepte la responsabilité pour toute infraction survenue et j’accepte la décision de l’exécutif d’Arteast. Aussi je dégage Arteast et la ville d’Ottawa de toute responsabilité de perte et/ou de dommage à mes travaux d’art. De plus, la ville et Arteast peuvent utiliser des images de mes œuvres pour fin de publicité sans violer la Loi sur le droit d’auteur.
