Thanks to the support of the City of Ottawa, Arteast hosts monthly meetings on the 4th Tuesday of every month, commencing at 7:30 p.m., except for July, August and December. A short business meeting is followed by a presentation, demonstration, critique or social activity. The presentations cover a variety of subjects, relating to visual art media and the art world. These meetings also offer the opportunity for new and prospective members to meet Arteast directors and coordinators to learn about the various exhibitions, activities and benefits of Arteast.
The Grow with Art/L’art en herbe meetings are held at 255 Centrum Boulevard, Room 340 (3rd Floor), Orleans, Ont. which is beside the Shenkman Arts Centre. The meetings are open to the public.
In addition, the Grow with Art Program offers workshops, art trips and other opportunities which are also open to the public.
