Rendezvous Arteast is an exhibition space on the Upper Level of the Shenkman Arts Centre, at B2, the Arts Network Ottawa front office and meeting room.  This is an enclosed area behind glass doors.

How to Book Shifts:

Once artists have registered their artwork and paid their hanging fee, they can view the shift schedule here in order to make their requests to the calendar coordinator.  Spots are filled on a first come first served basis. 

Please be aware that the calendar coordinator is a volunteer and that the schedule will not be updated live.   As we move forward with the operation of Rendezvous Arteast, we may improve on this process.   We ask for your patience as we continue to work on this.
